Site refurbishment required existing services to be re-routed. Installation of a gas fired water heater. Installation was a sealed system with the inclusion of expansion. New dedicated control panel installed to control the new services.
Existing pipework and boiler layout in the plant room Removed. 3 new Boilers installed on the original base. New pipework configuration connecting to existing pipework outside of plant room to distribute throughout building. New stainless steel sectional Flue installed following the original route used. A new Control Panel was installed to run the new equipment.
